£45 for 5 classes 45 mins class. 11am-11.45am every Wednesday at The Engine House, Castletown with Jenny James.

For all post-natal mummies and babies. Post natal yoga can be started 6-8 weeks post delivery. Heal and strengthen your body and have fun with your baby!

Terms & Conditions: You are kindly requested to pay by bank transfer (details on purchase button). Please note that refunds are not possible but the class can be carried over for one week. Single classes can be purchased also.

Mummy & Baby Yoga

Please feel free to join these classes from 6/8 weeks post delivery. This yoga practise is for mummies and babies and includes dynamic movement and interactive poses to help build a strong bond of trust and security, the foundation of self-confidence for your baby. Post natal yoga can heal weakened muscles, stretch out tight areas affected by daily postural habits and strengthen your body. Babies will enjoy familiar nursery rhymes with movement which stimulate and aid coordination at the same time.

Feel free to stop and tend to your baby at any point. You are also welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat. Namaste.
