A progressive program of classes and practises for postnatal mummies. Post natal yoga classes can be started 6 weeks post delivery. Heal and strengthen your body with this self-care practise.
In these post natal classes you will learn relaxation and breathing techniques such as reverse breathing to tone the belly, pelvic floor exercises to strengthen and re-build stretched muscles, neck rolls and shoulder openers to release tight muscles from nursing or carrying. Also including gentle twists and adapted sun salutations and a long savasana (relaxation) at the end of your practice to leave you emotionally and physical revitalised. Regular attendance is recommended for the full benefits of this healing practise.
