Here are my current group Yoga Classes. Please email me for the Zoom links if you are unable to attend in person. £13 drop-in or £45 for 4 block payable via bank transfer.

Monday 9-10am (term time only) Hatha (all levels) @ The Dairy, Grenaby. Traditional yoga poses/asanas and gentle flow with breath work/pranayama.

Tuesday 9-10am Hatha (all levels) @ The Dairy, Grenaby. Traditional yoga poses/asanas and gentle flow with breath work/pranayama.

Thursday 9-10am Vinyasa Flow (all levels) @ The Dairy, Grenaby. Breath awareness and movement to quieten the mind and focus on linking the poses together in a continuous flow.

Thursday 9-10am (term time only) Vinyasa Flow (all levels) @ The Dairy, Grenaby. Move seamlessly from one pose to another using your breath. Build strength and stamina. Yogic philosophy and myth is weaved into the class to help you embrace the spiritual side of yoga.

Thursday 6-7pm Gentle Hatha (all levels) @ The Dairy, Grenaby. Longer holds in traditional poses to help you stretch and an unwind at the end of your day.

Saturday 9.30-10.30am Pregnancy Yoga @ All Saint’s Church Hall, Douglas. Prepare your body and mind for childbirth. Mindfully connect with your baby, strengthen your body, learn breathing techniques and optimal birthing positions (alternate weeks with Jenny & Heidi)

Saturday 11-12.15am Women’s Health Yoga @ All Saint’s Church Hall, Douglas. Strength, flexibility and calm. Yoga to strengthen back, abs and pelvic floor muscles, reduce tension with long hold stretches and recharge with an extra long savasana (alternate weeks with Jenny & Heidi)
