My current Zoom yoga classes. Please email me for the links. £10 per class via bank transfer or you are welcome to contribute what you think is appropriate.
Tuesday 10-11am Hatha (all levels) Traditional yoga poses/asanas and gentle flow with breath work/pranayama.
Thursday 1-2pm Vinyasa Flow (all levels) Breath awareness and movement to quieten the mind and focus on linking the poses together in a continuous flow.
Thursday 6-7pm Gentle Hatha (all levels) Longer holds in traditional poses to help you stretch and an unwind at the end of your day.
Saturday 9.30-10.30am Pregnancy Yoga (alternate weeks with Jenny & Heidi) Prepare your body and mind for childbirth. Mindfully connect with your baby, strengthen your body, learn breathing techniques and optimal birthing positions.
Saturday 11-12.15am Women’s Health Yoga (alternate weeks with Jenny & Heidi) Strength, flexibility and calm. Yoga to strengthen back, abs and pelvic floor muscles, reduce tension with long hold stretches and recharge with an extra long shavasana.
